Three generations have their home here
Hansjörg and Ingrid Tauferer and their five children live together with Grandma Theresia at Alpenranch Himmelreich. While Hansjörg—whom everyone simply calls “Hons”—takes care of the animals, the stable and the farm, Ingrid, in addition to the house and garden, focuses above all on the wellbeing of the guests. The five children—Franziska, Melanie, Hannes, Magdalena and Isabell—are always happy to lend a hand. Having grown up on the farm, they know the daily routines, the animals and the surroundings inside out. Here at Alpenranch Himmelreich, you can enjoy a warm family atmosphere and genuine South Tyrolean hospitality!

Holidays with panoramic views
Our farm is located at 1,350 m above sea level, surrounded by meadows and forests, and only 1.5 km from the village of Klobenstein. The peaceful location guarantees pure relaxation, and the view of the Dolomites and the Schlern is magnificent. The farm covers 8 hectares and includes the farm stay with holiday apartments, stables and the nearby restaurant of the same name. In 2004 the farmhouse was rebuilt, and since then the apartments have been modernised again.We are happy to give our guests an insight into our life and our farming work, and to let you experience our everyday routine. Children can let off steam in the playground with its equipment, and the lawn is perfect for enjoying sunny hours to the full. A barbecue area for our guests invites you to gather around the fire together. Our Finnish sauna is open every day—so your active days can end in a truly pleasant way.
