Leave everyday life behind in the saddle! With our guided rides, you can do so all year round. Together with the experienced instructors of the Tauferer family, you can explore the varied landscape of the Ritten at least once a week—always on safe paths and in a relaxed, informal atmosphere. Our half-day and full-day tours are suitable for beginners as well as experienced riders. We plan the tours according to your abilities. Come and experience nature and horses up close with us!
For young horse lovers: trial lesson for children
Our children’s trial lesson is the perfect introduction to the world of riding! Children learn the basics of horse care in a playful way—from correct grooming to a guided walk. The focus is not only on riding itself, but also on respectful and empathetic interaction with the animals. Children develop a feel for the needs of horses and confidence in their own abilities. Under expert guidance, they experience the joy of riding and learn how to care for horses. A wonderful experience for young horse lovers—try it out!
We love challenges
Our riding instructors—experienced riders through and through—share their passion not only during lessons but also in their private lives. Hansjörg Tauferer, a successful rider, has taken part for years in traditional South Tyrolean equestrian events—whether sled races, skijöring, gallop races or the famous Oswald von Wolkenstein ride. Hansjörg and his horses are always at the forefront. Together with his Ritten team, he has won the demanding Oswald von Wolkenstein ride several times.
