Price
Price for the apartment: € 73 - 109 for 2 persons
The price is per day and apartment for a minimum stay of 4 days.
The price includes: Accommodation for 2 persons, final cleaning and laundry, heating, electricity, a guided tour of the farm, Rittencard, all fees and taxes, except local tax, which amounts to € 1,75
Additional occupancy 15,00€ per person per night.

Important information
Arrival and departure:
The apartment is available on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment by 9:00 am.
Cancellacion Conditions:
  • up to 8 weeks before arrival: free of charge
  • up to 4 weeks before arrival: 30% of the total amount
  • up to 2 weeks before arrival: 60% of the total amount
  • from 1 week before arrival: 100% of the total amount
To be able to enjoy carefree and to protect yourself, we recommend a travel insurance, e.g. the Red Rooster Cancellation Protection.
Payment:
In advance by bank transfer of the total amount, or in cash on arrival.

Local tourist tax
The local tourist tax is charged per guest and per overnight stay. Children and teenagers under 14 years of age are exempt. The tax must be paid on departure and is shown separately on the invoice.
The revenue from the tourist tax is used to expand and maintain infrastructure and services, as well as to organise cultural and sports events.
